Image of Universities visit A Level Law Students to Offer Advice & Guidance

Hilary Chadwick, Admissions tutor for Law at UCLAN (University of Central Lancashire) visited the College on Monday 19 October to talk to A2 students about UCLAN's Lancashire Law School. Employability is at the heart of all UCLAN do and the Lancashire Law School has an excellent reputation with local and national law firms.

Jane Mackenzie, Admissions tutor for the University of Law in Chester also visited the College last week (Wednesday 21st October) and provided a useful workshop on UCAS personal statements to A Level students hoping to become future law undergraduates.

Head of Humanities, Paula Blakemore, commented, “The workshops provided by the Universities have been extremely useful and informative for our A Level students looking to develop a career in Law. The employability options discussed by UCLAN opened up the vast amount of opportunities Law can offer as a career whilst Chester University’s workshop provided fantastic support for students completing their personal statements for UCAS applications.”
