Certificates | Birkenhead Sixth Form College

A Level, BTEC, T Level and FAD exam certificates for students who finished at Birkenhead Sixth Form College in Summer 2024 will be available to collect from the College reception on the following days:

Thursday 19th December 2024
Friday 3 January 2025

10am - 3pm on each day.

Students who took GCSE exams at the College in summer 2024 can also pick up their certificates at these times.

Please note:

Students must show photographic ID to collect their certificates.
If students are unable to come in person, they may give a letter of authority to a nominated person to collect on their behalf, who should also bring photographic ID in order to collect them.
Certificates can be posted out 2nd class recorded delivery at the cost of £7.50. Please click the link at the bottom of the page to make the payment and email cisexams@bsfc.ac.uk with your name and address details to be sent the certificates.
The College will not accept responsibility for any certificates lost in the post.
Uncollected certificates will be held for one year only.

Certificates are regularly requested by employers and education providers to evidence your qualification history, and as such, we strongly recommend that you collect and keep them safe. You can request replacement certificates directly from the exam boards, however these can be costly.
