RAF Teambuilding & Motivation Training for our BTEC Business Students!

Level 2 BTEC Business Studies students were set a series of mini-challenges by representatives from the RAF today to help develop their teambuilding and motivational skills.

Students had to use a variety of unconventional communication techniques to develop their team communication skills and build upon their confidence. Students worked well together as a team to complete their challenges and they were able to develop transferable skills that they will be able to use within a Business role.
