Welcoming future students

This week we welcomed over 200 Year 10 students to the College to give them a taste of what life if like at a sixth form college. The students were selected from our Partner High Schools and were given an opportunity to try out 3 subjects during the Taster Day. The taster sessions enabled students to find out more about particular subjects and encouraged them to think about what they need to achieve at GCSE in order to study the subject at a higher level. The Taster Days are one of a range of initiatives the College has in place to inform future students about the requirements of sixth form study.
