The following day students explored London Zoo where students experienced a hypnotherapy session to enable them to overcome their fear of spiders. This session was designed to make you feel relaxed in the presence of spiders. Following hypnosis students had an opportunity to hold a tarantula to prove the therapy had worked.

Emma Whitty managed to overcome her fears and said, "After suffering from a spider phobia since I was very young I was incredibly proud of myself for holding a huge tarantula in my hands. I would definitely do it all again, it was an amazing experience."
