Army Dreamers

Students from BSFC enjoyed a day hosted by Army Careers at Altcar, near Formby. The Army Careers Day is aimed at giving students who are interested in a career in the Armed Forces an insight into Army Life and the careers that they may be able to tap into once they have completed A Level study. They were able to watch battle demonstrations, take part in lazer quest activities in the woods, make their own personalised dog tags, shoot rifles (laser not blanks!!), compete in timed assault course training and talk to the soldiers and officers themselves about training opportunities.
