Fancy doing something a little different?

Four students will start learning a fascinating new skill this week – the ancient art of beekeeping.

The BEE You Project is visiting the College to begin training with Charlie, Hannah, Lauren and Matthew. Over four sessions, the students will have an introduction to beekeeping before progressing to practical outdoor sessions with the hives.

This can all lead the students to get involved in the Lantra qualification in beekeeping – great for the CV and can lead to unusual and lucrative careers too.
