RAF visit helps Business students team-building & training skills

Instructors from the Royal Air Force were in College today to help teach Business students about coaching, commanding and team-building, which are important components of their coursework this year.

In the exercise below, the first years had to operate in teams, starting with few members and ending as the entire group, and work together to skip the rope successfully. It was perhaps a work in progress at this stage!
