The collection dates for A Level and BTEC exam certificates for students who finished at Birkenhead Sixth Form College in Summer 2023 have now passed. Students who are still at the College and took a GCSE in summer 2023 can arrange to pick their certificates up from Reception.


For students who didn’t come to collect their certificates, please be aware that we only hold uncollected certificates for one year. Please arrange an appointment to collect them by emailing reception@bsfc.ac.uk. Students must show photographic ID to collect their certificates.


If students are unable to come in person, they may give a letter of authority to a nominated person to collect them on their behalf, who should also bring photographic ID in order to collect them.


Certificates can be posted out 2nd class recorded delivery at the cost of £7.50. Please click the link at the bottom of the page to make the payment and email reception@bsfc.ac.uk with your name and address details. Please note the College will not accept responsibility for any certificates lost in the post.


Certificates are regularly requested by employers and education providers to evidence your qualification history, and as such, we strongly recommend that you collect and keep them safe. You can request replacement certificates directly from the exam boards, however these can be costly.
